Veterans Back to Life
A Career-Focused Solution for Transitioning Traumatized Veterans
Back into Society
Philanthropists Steve and Laurie Gatlin acknowledge the healing process is complex. But, they refuse to call veterans heroes in one breath while turning their backs
on their plight. They have partnered with Tom Whittaker to create the Call to Duty Foundation which will form a nationwide network of programs in participating
colleges and universities. These programs are called "Veterans Back to Life" and will provide career selection, training and placement.
In addition, it will provide socialization, and holistic therapeutic solutions.
Serving Disabled Veterans Returning from Iraq and Afghanistan
Veterans Back to Life is designed especially for veterans suffering from combat related stress and/or physical disabilities after service in our armed forces.
Our mission is to help (them) traumatized veterans build successful, productive lives in the civilian world.
Essential Elements that Lead to Success
Back to Life incorporates each of these essential elements, proven through research and experience, to produce positive results.
